职位描述
Job Description:
1. Coordinate with clients and internal project team to ensure opportune and quality delivery;
2. Responsible for managing the implementation and support of Siebel Work as independent consultant in Siebel, guide and lead junior consultant in the team Work together with other module consultants for system integration;
3. Help clients to make necessary business process reengineering and provide appropriate solutions to client business requirements;
4. Be responsible for requirement analysis and architecture design of Siebel CRM application within a complex, globally integrated environment;
5. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and deploying solutions that are cost effective and meet client requirements;
6. Provide detailed business, technical, and application knowledge to team members;
7. Recommends technical approach for design, development, and implementation of the Retail Channel Management application;
8. Critically examines functional and technical information and provides solution recommendations.

Job Requirements:
1. Over 4 years experiences in IT industry, 2+ years experiences with Siebel, at least one Siebel full cycle implementation;
2. Excellent communication, intERPersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as self-activated with strong motivation working with the core team; Customer orientation with a high level of service;
3. Strong Experience in Logical and Physical Data Model design following data warehousing concepts;
4. Experience in writing documentation, conducting analysis, gathering requirements and troubleshooting in complex global environments;
5. Excellent oral and written English skills are a must;
6. Knowledge and experience in Automobile industry or Siebel eAutomotive will be a benefit.
