Add the value Bills of Material to the value set for segment Application, or choose another default value in the Key Flexfield Segments form or Descriptive Flexfield Segments form. Use the Edit Concurrent Program or Define Report Set form for Standard Report Submission report defaults.

我在my Oracle support上面找着答案了：
Cause
Property Manager licence was not enabled and/or the Application Accounting Definition for PN is not assigned to the Subledger accounting method.
Solution
1) Make sure that the Oracle Property Manager product licence is enabled.

2) Open the Application Accounting Definitions for (AAD) from the Property Manager's responsibility.

   Navigate to (N)> Setup> Subledger Accounting Setup> Accounting Methods Builder> Methods and Definitions> Application Accounting Definitions

3) Query by Application = Property Manager and Owner = Oracle and press the 'Find' button.

4) See if the Application Accounting Definition "PN_LEASE_ACCOUNTING" exists and has valid event classes.

5) Open the Subledger Accounting Methods form (SLAM)

Navigate to (N)> Setup> Subledger Accounting Setup> Accounting Methods Builder> Methods and Definitions> Subledger Accounting Methods.

6) Query by Owner = Oracle and Method Name = <Your SLA Method>

7) Find the application 'Property Manager', if it does not exist in the list of applications, then add a new line as following:

Application : Property Manager
Name : Property Manager Normalized Accounting

8) Save.and retest the issue.

Symptoms
When attempting to run the 'Create Accounting - Cost Management' process, CSTCRACC,  to transfer month-end inventory transactions to GL, an error message is received. Also, the parameters screen shows
that the Ledger parameter is grayed out and there are no values in LOV for the 'Process Category'
parameter.

ERROR
APP-FND-00806: The default value Bills of Material is invalid for the Application Segment.
Your default value will be ignored. . . .

NAVIGATION
Navigation - Request > Submit > Create Accounting - Cost Management


Cause
Incorrect responsibility is being used.


Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Use Cost Management - SLA responsibility to run the Create Accounting Cost Management
program.

2.  Go to SLA > Create Accounting.

我换成职责Cost Management - SLA了，然后提交请求Create Accounting - Cost Management，请求没有正常完成，出现Warning。
我把output贴出来，谁知道问题的原因是啥？
