新安装PS无法在PSADMIN中启动domain

各位大师：
     最新我在安装PS
     用的是V-BOX虚拟机
    WIN XP SP3
    SQL 2005
    WebLogic 10gR3
    Tuxedo10gR3_VS 2005
    PT850
    PS HCM 9.1

我已经在Tuxedo服务中设置为本地系统账户，ODBC中设置系统DSN，我一直不明白提示信息中这句话的意思是什么？
Make sure your ODBC data source is configured under the same user as the tuxipc service.  

希望能人相助！！
