IBM Forms and ICM 5.1 Sample Application

The IBM Forms 4.0.0.2 integration with IBM Case Manager 5.1 provides the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into case files.

This sample application contains all the materials necessary to implement a credit card dispute solution for an issuing bank use case. This use case demonstrates the automation of front-end data collection and back-end processing for a credit card transaction dispute. The first step is an online dispute submission where a client submits an online dispute which becomes a permanent case document. An online form provides a hassle free data entry experience. The second step consists of the dispute processing where a claim is routed to a manager for early validation and processing. The internal form provides an efficient UI for viewing and editing case properties.

The sample application has all the materials that are necessary for processing the forms UI. This includes a sample servlet that contains example calls into both the IBM Forms and FileNet CE APIs, sample IBM forms, and a variety of JS/CSS/HTML that is surfaced in a form through modal dialogs. The sample application also includes a custom ICM Solution. Complete instructions for setting up and running the application are included.
