如果在那些不知所以的人指责你的时候仍保持冷静；

如果所有的人都怀疑你，但你却仍能充满自信，并宽容别人的怀疑；

如果你能等待，而不在等待中放弃；

或置身谎言，而不被谎言所左右；（不用谎言去应付谎言）

或被仇恨，而不会向仇恨让步；（不用仇恨去回击仇恨）

而且看上去也不过分张扬，说话总是聪慧过人。

如果你敢于梦想，而不被梦想所主宰；

如果你会思考，而不仅仅只是为了思考而思考；

如果你能平静地面对胜利和灾难这两个伪装者；

如果你能容忍狡猾的人歪曲你说的话，并把它作为引诱傻瓜的陷阱；

或看着自己倾注心血的努力白白浪费，但仍拿起残破的工具从头来过；

如果你敢于把你所有赢得的东西只用投硬币来决定胜负，

而在输的时候一声不吭地重新开始；

如果在遇到宿命劫难时虽早已精疲力竭，

除了仅有的“坚持”这个信念以外，其他

已经一无所有时，依然能鼎力支撑；

如果你能面对市井平民，仍能保持自己的操行，

或者能与王者同行，而不忘本，

如果能让敌人和心爱的朋友都无法伤害到你，

如果你重视所有的人，但不过分重视于某些人；(所有的人对你如果你能把每一分钟都以“60秒冲刺“般来把握，


那么你就拥有了整个世界，

而且，更重要的是：孩子，你成为了一个真正的男子汉！
