文档 ID: 注释:216727.1 类型: TROUBLESHOOTING
上次修订日期: 15-MAR-2004 状态: PUBLISHED
fact: Oracle General Ledger 11.0.3
fact: GLXSTCAL - Calendar
symptom: Cannot add new periods to existing calendar definition
symptom: Query of an existing calendar generates errors
symptom: FRM-40505 unable to perform query
symptom: ORA-00904 invalid column name
change: NOTE: The following are the steps to replicate the issue:
1. Logon as GL Super User
2. Navigate: Setup->Financials->Calendar->Accounting.
3. Perform a query, find all.
cause: GL_PERIODS_V is not properly created
fix:
Perform the following steps to identify and fix the issue:
1. Perform a form trace which will show the name of the query being executed at
the time of the error.
2. Review the trace file which will display all the columns being referenced by
the view.
3. Run "desc gl_periods_v" from SQL*Plus to view the columns
currently existing.
4. If GL_PERIODS_V does not contain all the columns, recreate the view as
follows from the APPS schema:
(i) First drop the current view.
(ii) Execute the following to re-create the view:
CREATE VIEW GL_PERIODS_V
