Also to carry out Oracle Applications functional testing in multibyte language environment (Chinese and Japanese).KEY OBJECTIVE(Outline key/overall objectives of the role)To build industry solution based on Industry general requirement.To work as a Applications product manager for Applications enhancement developmentTo ensure the high quality of Oracle Applications product before release to marketSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES(Outline specific tasks/responsibilities of the role) · To work as a consultant, gather China industry general requirement through Oracle China industry team and deliver Oracle EBS industry solutions.· To work as a Applications product manager, analyze China/APAC general requirements, build functional design and perform testing to make Applications enhancement development.· Work with HQ's development team, to develop localization of Peoplesoft EntERPrise and Oracle EBS.· Be an expert for the Applications products being worked on. · To run product testing process with Oracle global testing methodology.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING(Indicate the essential experience, qualifications and attributes required to perform this position effectively)3-5 years working experience, at least 2 years in Peoplesoft Enterprise or Oracle Applications.BS or MS in Computer, Human Resource, Business Management, Industry Engineering or Operations Research. Experience in full life cycle implementation of Peoplesoft Enterprise or Oracle EBS, including:Applications functional/core set up; Business process/best practices knowledge; Business analysis including business process modeling; Package implementation/life cycle methodology;Functional expertise in any the following areas: Payroll, HRMS, Time and Labor, ePay, Benefits etc.Project implementation experience of Peoplesoft Global Payroll , Peoplesoft Core HR or Oracle HRMS would be an advantage.Experience of requirement definition and function design is a plus. Strong analytical, process improvement skillsKnowledge of Oracle database, PL/SQL, Peoplesoft Tools, People CodeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English Quick learner for new technologies.
