关于目标成本的问题

１　请问生产订单上的目标成本是按什么来计算的,对于收货的物料是按收货时的数量乘以标准成本估算的价格得到，那对于实际发料的时候的物料呢，目标成本和标准成本核算方式下的实际成本有什么区别呢？
２如果需要生产订单有目标成本，那么需要在系统中做哪些配置呢？
