职位要求:
1. 了解ERP产品或有志于加入ERP行业
2. 2年以上软件测试经验,HR模块的产品更好
3. 如果有ERP软件HCM模块功能顾问最好
4. 良好的英语口语沟通能力
5. 职位工作地点北京,职位稳定,不需要出差
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement testing methods to perform functional testing to make product localization and customization development work based on market requirement.
2. Compile data and define changes required in testing procedures or new testing requirements
3. Write and maintain manual test scripts, design test procedures, and test cases
4. Perform functional testing on PeopleSoft and EBS, and perform language testing on Oracle Applications products at major releases.
5. Work with NLS teams and Global development teams to find, track and fix bugs timely.
6. Be an expert to provide technical/functional solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Qualifications:
1. At least 4 years in QA, software development, business analysis, support or related IT experience.
2. Min. 1-year experience in EBS/PeopleSoft/SAP HCM product, has good knowledge of HR business
3. BS or MS in Computer Science, MIS
4. Knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Oracle database PL/SQL will be a big plus
5. Experience in test automation will be a big plus.
6. Project management experience will be a big plus.
7. Excellent written and good verbal communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
8. Quick learner & team player, self-motivate
9. Willing to travel
