要求：这个职位是GDC的，但还是做实施项目，所以还是需要出差的。对升级要求比较高。

SAP Basis Consultant,Shanghai

1.计算机、网络、通信、信息安全等相关专业,本科及以上学历；

2.3-4年以上SAP Basis的实施或支持经验，至少3个完成SAP Basis项目的实施经验，具备独立进行SAP Basis项目实施的能力；

3.熟悉IBM小型机、存储等设备和Windows/AIX操作系统，精通Oracle,DB2,SQL server数据库日常管理；

4.熟练掌握SAP Basis技术（Installation, Upgrades, System copy, Apply patch, Kernel update, Authorization admin, Monitoring, Disaster ；recovery, SAP solution manager install/config, SAP Router install/config 等)；

5.具备Sizing, Landscape design, performance tuning, SAP archive等经验；

6. 具有良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力，较强问题分析能力以及较好的沟通表达能力；

7. 具有Sybase数据库的实施经验优先；

8. 具备良好的英语读写能力，听说流利优先

语言要求：日语流利（因为是日本的客户）
Location：上海（如果有需要可能要去日本出差，不过周期比较短，最多1、2个月）
要求：
1、因为是做日语的SAP项目support的，所以日语要好（听说读写都能较为流利的沟通，实在不行，至少读写要OK）；
2、同时，这个项目是做SD和CRM模块的supoort，能同时具备SD和CRM两个模块的项目support经验的。

BASE：上海

As a Senior Consultant or Consultant, you will: Be responsible for helping our clients achieve business objectives, strengthen management capabilities through working with other members of our Consulting practice in providing management consulting services, mainly focusing on the financial management areas (such as finance process re-engineering/improvement, planning and budgeting, activity-based costing, performance analysis, financial management packages design and implementation, etc.), but also supporting our other lines of services as appropriate and necessary.

l To assist our practice in business development work, such as proposal preparation.  Manager will be also responsible for project management and business development work Qualifications:

l Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Business with accounting focus, or similar qualifications. Professional accounting qualification will be a plus.

l 3 years above relevant industry or consulting project experience in the field of financial management field.

l Familiar with knowledge in financial management field, like cost accounting, budgeteering and budget analysis and enterprise financial management, etc.

l With good understanding of industry financial system and process will be preferred.

l With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l With excellent planning and organization skills.1

l With good team work spirit.

l Good project management experience will be required for manager staff
