Sales Analysis Reports

When we used “Sales Analysis Reports”,
We chose one customer ,But others customer also appeared.
So we used “Find Search String” to search it,then we can see it,
Why the reports not appear just the customer we chhose
If we get the database to Vantage support,they can run the correct report.

Suggestion to do rebuild index process to fix the database record.Get the Install Program from Epicor Vantage supporter.

The only way to get the index rebuilt was to use the following command syntax:
proutil dbname -C idxbuild -cpinternal UTF-8<enter>
Once the -cpinternal was added to the PROUTIL command, the index rebuild completed.
Attach file dump and load kit. If system administrator approve, I will suggest to do a dump and load to defragmentation the database.
Please backup and try the step in testing server.
