Lexco Limited ( Lexco 网址：http://www.lexcogroup.com/) is a specialist consultancy company which deliver consulting and information technology solutions to corporate and institutional clients in the area of Enterprise Asset Management ( EAM ). Over the years, we have helped many different organizations improve the management and performance of their enterprise assets, both in terms of tangible (facilities, infrastructure, production and logistics) and intangible (technology, business processes and human capital) assets. We have helped them in significantly reducing their operational costs associated with the planning, building, deploying, maintaining and utilizing their assets.
We have been in the field of EAM for over the last 12 years. We introduced the Maximo software to the Hong Kong market back in 1995, and have since implemented it for many significant local and international clients. Our clients have included four major universities in Hong Kong, significant developers such as Swire Properties, HK Land Limited, luxury hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel worldwide and the Four Seasons Hotel, as well as major significant clients such as PCCW, HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Mobil Exxon, Ocean Park, HK Disneyland, Cyberport, Asia World Expo, HK Jockey Club etc. as well as many significant clients. One thing in common is that they all have a portfolio of significant and valuable assets which they need to manage effectively and efficiently.
We pride ourselves in that most of our clients are through referral. As all of our implementations have gone well, subsequently many of the organizations which are currently actively using the Maximo system have often referred new clients to us. Lexco have experienced in house Maximo software specialists who has taken extensive technical training from MRO in Australia, USA, Thailand and Hong Kong.
Recently, we have also established a new Research & Development Team specifically focusing on the development of Mobile Applications for Maintenance Management Systems. These mobile applications are fully integrated with Maximo and works different on different technology platforms, ranging from Windows CE PDAs to the Blackberry devices.
Because of our years of involvement in the EAM industry, we have often been regarded as experts in this field and have often been asked to provide provided strategic advice to major corporations on issues related to EAM technology implementation, as well as other related topics such as FM outsourcing, service provider selection, and in particular, FM Technology issues.
We have also actively promoted the profession of Facility Management, helping to establish the first Chapter of the International Facility Management Association outside of North America in Hong Kong ( 1992 ) and the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management ( 2000 ). We have also taught undergraduate and post graduate degree courses in Building and Maintenance technology at the University of Hong Kong, HK Polytechnic University, City University, as well as the Macau Management Association. Our senior members have been invited as guest speakers at FM Conferences in China, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia as well as in USA.
