Job Description:
1. Conduct system analysis, system maintenance and user support of enterprise ERP system-- Fourth Shift
2. Plan and direct studies of data processing applications
3. Support user request from using Fourth Shift system and develop resolution to resolve issue from business side.
4. Conduct analysis of systems specifications and use the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes
5.Coordinate system upgrade activity; and train user personnel in implementation of the system.
