Oracle DBA Support
Location: Hangzhou, China
Job Description:
We are recruiting experienced DBA’s to join global support teams, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK or US; you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank; we develop, maintain and support their global 24/7 trade settlement system that processes trades from the London Stock Exchange and other stock markets around the world.

Basic job requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher in computer related studies
Excellent  spoken and written English
Technical skills
We are interested in DBA’s with at least 2 years experience in any of the following technologies:
·        Oracle DBA experience
·        Oracle 8 and 9i
·        Sybase
·        UNIX – Solaris would be an advantage
Essential environment skills
·        Experience of replication, large tables, performance tuning, locking and deployments
·        Experience of production DBA support  
Please supply a detailed resume that includes:
·        Evidence of technical experience and detail of projects you have been involved with
·        Evidence of  development tools used on projects you have been involved with
·        Evidence of leadership experience
·        Details your role within each project
