Requirement：

Mandatory Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2+ years experience with PeopleSoft HR application

Very strong logical and analytical problem resolution skills

Global considerations experience desired

Strong organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented

Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks 1simultaneously

Fluent in English, excellent written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills are required

Proficiency in MS office is required

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Functional experience with multiple PeopleSoft applications(HCM,EPM) modules or any PeopleSoft technical experience is plus

Recent experience including either multiple full life cycle implementation or upgrade experience with version 8.8 or above is a big plus

Experience training and supporting end users with the PeopleSoft applications

Experience with data conversions to PeopleSoft applications

Experience testing PeopleSoft application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans test scenarios, and test scripts

Responsibility:

Responsible for working with in-house or outside client on PeopleSoft Financial implementation

Hands-on experience on implement & Support PeopleSoft General Ledger, Billing, Accounts receivable, Asset Management and Accounts Payable modules in functional area

Perform requirement gathering (interacting with client and understanding business and ERP application requirements and processes, organization structure, riles and responsibilities)

Prepare as-is process (existing/current processes) document

Do fit-gap analysis, prepare To-be process document

Prepare Functional Design Documents

Configuration of application

Provide functional unit testing

Perform functional system integration testing

Train client users and prepare user guides

Participate in project review meetings between client and company’s project teams/committees
