Technical Services Project Manager

Siemens PLM Software - Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Shenzhen (China)
Job Description
Location: The successful candidate can be based in any of the following locations: Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Shenzhen
  
Travel: 75%
Coordinate and monitor billable projects from initiation through delivery
Serveas liaison between the company and client in order to ensure all targets andrequirements are met
Responsible for highly complex project with one to two projects occurring simultaneously
Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Develop significant new businesses
Scope Management
Schedule Management
Cost Management
Quality Management (QP/QA/QC)
Resource Management
Risk Management
Status Reporting
Procurement Management

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Degreein Engineering and/or Business discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management
5 years of experience working as a Project Manager or equivalent
Manufacturing management project experience is essential
Fluent Mandarin and good English communication and presentation skills

Desirables:
Experiencein implementation of enterprise IT systems such as ERP or PLM
PMPcertified
Behavioural Competencies:
Strong project management and leadership skills
Able to meet tight deadlines
Capable of handling multiple projects at a time
Willing to travel (up to 75%)
