Application Data Exchange (ADE) links Oracle HRMS and Oracle Training Administration (OTA) to desktop tools such as word processors, spreadsheets and data query tools. This enables HR professionals to manipulate HR information, with familiar desktop tools, then upload the data back to HRMS and OTA.What Range of Functionality Does ADE Provide?ADE provides an extensive range of functionality.
