AIX5.3下安装cognos7 启动报错

我在AIX5.3下安装cognos7.3 安装都没有报错，但是启动cognos时，报如下错误：
configcp ->start JHDB07

  Successfully applied JHDB07.
Error: The PID lock file could not be opened.
Powergrid Network Daemon at port 1526 is not active
Powergrid Network Daemon at port 1526 has successfully started
  Failed to activate the service.
  Type 'errors' without the quotes for details.

configcp ->errors

Failed activation of Access Manager - Server.
Warning: Validation test, Apply, failed in Access Manager - Server.
Warning: Could not complete Apply for Start.
Error: The Access Manager Server could not be started.  Consult the file amserver.log in the bin directory for more information.

原因是原来用了一个权限较高的用户安装的，后来用现有的用户安装后，在/temp下有个*.pid.进程号的文件，每次cognos启动时需要获取到该pid，由于现在的程序无法访问这个文件，所以造成错误。
