[求助]邮箱问题！

请教：

我做了一个链接的菜单条,其中一个指向用户邮箱,

<a href="/maillogin.nsf" target="_blank">用户邮箱</a>

每个邮箱直接在IE下打开时是更换过设计的邮箱界面,可从菜单条中进入的邮箱界面仍是没换过界面的,是怎么一回事呢?

另外我的maillogin.nsf数据库中的表单“Launch”中：
URLUI域的值为：result := @Right(@Implode(URLArgumentsList; "&");"ui=");
