Expense中报销单排序问题

Hi,

You can do this . Have you tried personlization of the Track Submitted Expense report table to sort the e
xpense report ?

1) By default the Expense report records are display Sorted by the following critieria:
Report Submitted Date/descending

2) You can change this sorting at user level or responsibility level.


To have your own personalization of Track Submitted Expense Report sorting do the following:

Enable profile option 'Personalize Self-Service Defn ---> ' Yes'


Next login as the User and you will find Personalize link appearing on the Expense Home page.

Step 1) Click on Hyper Link --> Personalize Track Submitted Expense Reports Table

Step 2) Choose Personalization Context and Click Apply

Step 3) Under the Personalization Structure Section under the Personalize Region: Track Submitted Expe
nse Reports Table , Click on Personalize icon of the Table: Track Submitted Exp
ense Reports Table.

A new page will get opened.

Step 4) Click on query field icon on the last to change the sorting as you like. You can also change the reco
rd display fields as well.
