請教OA85　怎麼維護？起什麼作用？為何系統老是提示我：
Period distribution is not completely defined
    Message no. AC 522
Diagnosis
    The distribution of periods for fiscal year variant K4 for the year 9999
    is not completely defined. You have defined only 001 entries, but the
    fiscal year variant has 012 periods.
    The distribution of periods has to cover all periods, without gaps.
Procedure
    Complete your entries.

Generally, it is not necessary to distribute annual depreciation in weighted form to the individual posting periods in a fiscal year.  In most cases, it is sufficient to distribute annual depreciation uniformly to the individual periods.  You do not need to do anything in this step in that instance.  However, there is sometimes depreciation legislation which requires you to post the planned annual depreciation weighted differently to different periods (for example, for the 4-4-5 rule).
What's 4-4-5 rule,就是很多"Abnormal"公司不使用中国传统的把每月当成一period, 有的把每月最后一周五当成period最后一天,有的把每月,...反正他们乱整..

Standard settings
In the standard system, annual depreciation is distributed uniformly to the individual periods in the fiscal year (that is, the system calculates the same depreciation amount for each period.)
Pls use OA85 to maintain 12 weight porp. records(based on your fiscal year variant, K4 have 12 periods) for each period
