Project Manager- Desired Candidate Profile at China

Minimum Criteriafor this position:

·        Min of 6-8 years of experiencein Oracle environment with atleast 2-3 years in PM role

·        At least 1 project experienceon each of the following: Implementation / Rollout, Upgrade, Support &Development.

·        Must have had some pre-salesexperience / Solution Design / Customer Facing

Detailed JD:

At least 6-8years of experience in software industry working as a Project Manager in ERPdomain

Presales

Ø Experience in Pre Sales

Ø Content and case study creation

Ø Writing content for RFPs

Ø Coordinating across teams forgetting together the responses

Ø Analytics of different types onthe pipeline

Ø Support for onshore presales onspecific opportunities

Ø Client presentations

Ø Run / Coordinate bids on behalfof onshore presales

Ø Hands-on with estimationtechniques pertaining to Configuration and Customization work

Delivery

Ø Ability to manage a team whichis spread across multiple locations

Ø Experience in managingonsite/offshore model of projects

Ø Define, manage, and tracktasks/activities for medium and large-scale Oracle projects

Ø Interface with stakeholders todefine and prioritize project deliverables and activities and theirdependencies

Ø Assess and mentor client andproject team on domain-specific areas of risk and resulting organizational andschedule dynamic and their resolution

Ø Estimate and track projectstaffing and cost

Ø Responsible for project marginimprovements

TechnicalSkills:

Ø Should have full lifecycleimplementation in 11i or R12 in Finance / SCM / HCM modules astechno-functional consultant

Ø Must have handled at least 3ERP projects in an individual / independent capacity

Ø Must be familiar with differenttypes of ERP projects i.e Implementation / Rollouts / Upgrade / Development andSupport.
