Position description
Responsible Areas
- OutlookSoft, Financial Data Warehouse, MS Reporting, SharePoint, Optika Workflow, DataStream, GetPaid and World Records
- Responsible for business system alignment, vendor assessment/selection, technical development, quality control/testing, implementation and support teams.
Functional Skills
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of corporate and operational finance functions including consolidation, forecasting, accounts payable processing, account receivable processing, fix asset management and expense reporting
- Develop strategic plans for financial applications that are aligned with financial initiatives
- Participate in recommending ways to improve business processes through system development and controls
Technical Skills
- Capable of leading large, complex implementations with the ability to diagnose, problem solve and trouble shoot multiple solutions
- Designs implementation plan and rollout strategy
- Demonstrates an understanding of advanced system terminology and concepts related to hardware, software and networks
- Identifies business functions and recognizes how they tie to system functions
- Capable of developing relationships with other senior management in IT to work collectively in the best efforts of the company
Industry Knowledge
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of contract manufacturing market structure, dynamics/trends, competitive forces, success factors
Management Skills
- Provide growth opportunities and coaches team members in their professional and personal development
- Conveys an appropriate sense of urgency and brings issues to closure
- Willing and able to adjust multiple demands and shift priorities to enable team to achieve aggressive deadlines
- Allocates own and other team members time efficiently, implementing effective processes for accomplishing work
- Recruits candidates using good judgment in making hire decisions
- Manages cost center and project budgets

Qualifications
Must possess strong management skills to lead a diverse team spanning multiple financial applications. Strong English communication skills required since teams are located in US, Europe and Asia.

Must possess strong analytical, organizational planning, communication and financial consolidation skills with the ability to work with a rapidly changing environment. High level of experience with computerized systems and knowledge of MS Office suite is required. Preferred software experience with Optika, DataStream, OutlookSoft, Oracle 9i, SAP, Baan IV and V,. Should also possess strong capabilities to manage custom applications.

B.S. in Accounting or Information Systems required

Information Technology

- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree

- Computer Science/Information Technology
