Job Title              : Business System Analyst
Job Type              : Full Time Regular

Main responsibilities:
·      Analyze ticket assigned by Help-Desk,
·      Define and implement solution in coordination with BO,
·      Implement workaround (urgent situation),
·      Initiate Request For Chance (“RFC”),
·      Update Tool (Ears / Primus).
Qualifications:
·      At least 3 years global application support experience
·      ITIL process practices,
·      ERP – JDEdwards (“JDE”) Support,
·      JDE Manufacturing, JDE Inventory, JDE Finance, JDE Supply chain, JDE Sales,
·      RPG400.
·      JDE, Oracle and Cognos,
·      Fluent Japanese or English is must
·      The experience of the following skill is a plus
1.       CRM Siebel,
2.       MS Office tools,
3.       End user JDE Modules,
4.       Lotus Notes, Networks,
5.       Java / J2E,
6.       BPN Pega Systems,
7.       Medium Database Tools and C, RPG, DB2, Basic SQL Server, Cognos.
