Working with data sources and verifying that the necessary ones have been created, or needs to be created.
Working with path codes and different environments.
Working with different modes of processing.
Working with Object Configuration Manager.
Working with Object Management Workbench.
Working with Data Replication.
Data Dictionary Administration.
Creating new Environment.
Refreshing Data from one environment to another.
Creating and monitoring printers and print jobs on AS/400 and PEOPLESOFT.
Printing OneWorld Reports for different applications.
Working With Serves and print spool files
Helping with Menu Design, Task Roles, Task Relationship, and Security.
Create and modify User Profiles
Create and modify Security
Create and setup of Vocabulary Overrides.
Create and manage The Scheduler Application.
Create and modify Media Objects and imaging.
Managing the Universal Table Browser.
Maintaining Database Data Sources, OCM mapping, and Logical Data Sources.
Control and modify OneWorld Naming Conventions.
Modify The JDE. ini File for customer need and better performance.
Diagnosing the user problems with the application.
Applying a new ASU, ESU, Service Packs, and Tool Release.
Building a new package (Full, Partial, and Update) for both Client and Server.
Testing the new package before it gets deployed.
Deploying the new package to the user.
Building the Data Dictionary, Global Tables for JAS Server, and Terminal Server.
Serializing the Web Client for JAS Server.
Troubleshooting the Workstations.
Troubleshooting the Servers – PDC (Primary Domain Controller), AS/400, NT-Deployment Server, Web Server and Unix Server.
Helping the user and developers with their issues and system problems.
Performance and tuning of the systems (Enterprise, Deployment, Application, and JAS Servers)
Setup and schedule of the Backup for the server.
Restoring the files from backup tape.
Monitoring the system 24x7.
Documentation and procedure for maintaining the system for highest performance.
Enforcing the policy and procedures
And many more per client's requirement.
