Oracle HRMS：PAYROLL-付款方法问题（APP-PAY-52982）

1 打开"付款方法"时，系统弹出“APP-PAY-52982:由于尚未根据此法规定义支付方式，应此不能撤销选定第三方支付复选框”
问题：支付方式如何定义，而且我也不理解“法规”的在系统中如何表现。

2 确定后进入付款方法界面－输入名称－选择类型
问题：随便选择一种类型(cash，支票，直接存款)后，弹出“APP-PAY-06937:没有为来源银行定义键弹性域。
原因：付款方法要求提供来源银行的详细资料，但是您没有为来源应航所在的国家/地区创建任何键弹性域。
措施：请于系统管理员联系，他会为您提供一个键弹性域”

这个问题不解决我无法继续接下来的测试，还请各位前辈大侠们出手帮帮忙啊！

工资单中的支付方法一定是Cash的方式，先定义付款类型、然后定义支付方法。把银行的建弹性域再编译一下试试．

如果还有问题，估计就是没有打相关的patch

• cause: The cause of this problem is still undetermined.

fix:
Apply the latest hrglobal.drv patch 1568738 to get version 115.108 or later of hrglobal.drv.Then run Data Installer with Force install for Global and US HR and US Payroll and then run hrglobal.drv version 115.108.

1. Run the DataInstall utility to select legislations using the command:

jre oracle.apps.per.DataInstall <APPS Username> <APPS password>

Note: In multiple sets of book installs, supply the username and password of the first APPS account.

The DataInstall Main Menu is displayed.

怎样才能运行jre oracle........这个命令？

username 和password应该填root的帐号，还是应用的帐号啊？
<protocol> <connection> install 这三个我不是太懂哦，我在测试环境运行的啊，可问题照旧，我估计是参数不对吧！
会不会install=?填错了？
