Item code not appearing in the printed Sales Order.

SAP Business One allows the user to record the manufacturer's catalogue reference number for any item. The manufacturer's catalogue number is defined under:
Inventory -> Item Master Data -> Tab 'Purchasing Data' -> Field 'Mfr Catalog No.'
For the printout of sales & purchasing documents it is possible to choose between the item number or the manufacturers catalogue number to be printed in the document.
This is determined by a setting in the print preferences:
'Administration -> System initialisation -> Print Preferences -> Per Document tab -> Print Mfr Catalogue No instead of Item Number'
When the box 'Print Mfr Catalogue No instead of Item Number' is checked, only the manufacturer's catalogue number will be printed. If the item does not have a manufacturer's catalogue number defined, the field in the printed document will be empty.



If the box 'Print Mfr Catalogue No instead of Item Number' is not checked and the user chooses to 'Display Catalogue Number' in 'Form Settings - Sales Order', the manufacturers' catalogue number will be shown and the 'Item Code' will not be printed.



If 'Display catalogue number' is not selected in the Form Settings then, the item number will be displayed in the application & also printed.
