QAD IS Project Manager based in Shenzhen

Report to: VP in US
Company: US electronics manufacturing company
This position is responsible for planning and directing the development and improvement of Supply Chain and Manufacturing information systems / tools to support short term and long term Operations and Supply Chain strategic and tactical goals.  Persons employed in this position are expected to lead projects for developing and deploying software tools & systems, utilizing cross-functional teams consisting of both internal and external resources.  This individual will also be responsible for evaluating and making improvements to Global ERP system functionality & processes in order to generate higher global return on our information technology investments.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
BS in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Engineering required.  MS/MBA highly desired
Total 7 years working experience in QAD business consultanting in firm or company
3-5  years of experience in a related supply chain function (procurement, planning, logistics, operations)
Extensive MRP knowledge and implementation experience.
Extensive knowledge in QAD / Manufacturing Pro ERP system.
APICS certification desirable.  Willingness to obtain expected.
