- To identify, define, record, clarify and communication user requirements for necessary hardware, software, data storage and retention, workflow and business process changes.
- To perform analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility.
- To develop costs and benefit estimates to establish project worth, including the development of alternatives and recommendation for new acquisitions or changes to existing applications or processes.
- To estimate resource and record management requirements and create plans, timelines, milestones, user approvals, charts and reports for managing assigned project.
- To prepare and maintain documentation including procedures, systems specifications, technical documentation, training materials, user manuals. Conduct user training and coordinate user testing.
- To provide enhancement and support to existing business applications.
- To experience in oracle JDE World/E1, EDI/Ecommerce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle BI/ASCP/Demantra.
