JD如下：
一：
• Skilled in .net or Java,SQL
• Good aptitude and learning skills
• 0 to 1 years of IT experience
• Ability to communicate well in English


二：
• Responsible for providing optimum solutions to clients
• Act as a technical lead / mentor and will research, develop and evangelize solutions.
• Product evaluation and comparison, pre-sales support
• Good knowledge and experience in architecting solutions for Data warehousing and Business Intelligence
• To be able to design and architect solutions and data models in the BI/DW field.
• Work with the client and provide technical advice and consultancy  
• To be able to guide the development team in understanding the design
• Review and provide guidance for writing design and test documents.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
• Work closely with the team to ensure that the software is delivered on time, on spec and conforms to the design document
• 1 - 5 years of experience in the field of DW and BI
• Should have a very sound understanding of programming and OOAD and OOP concepts


三：
• Functions as a module lead for a project
• Manage project tasks, activities and schedule for a particular module in a project
• Understands business requirements and writes detailed functional specification
• Works with the team to ensure that they understand the functionality of the application
• Manage Technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of module/project
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
• More than 5 years of experience in the IT industry
• Knowledge on BI, DW will be a plus


四：PM：
1. More than 8 years of experience in the IT industry and at least 2 years of relevant project management experience

Other Skills
• Manage project tasks and activities
• Manage project schedule  
• Manage project resources
• Manage project scope and change control process
• Estimate Effort
• Interface with client project manager
• Experience with using Microsoft Project or any other project management tool
• PMP certification is nice to have
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
• Ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must
