1，在一个ERP系统中看到这样一个概念---bucketless MRP 同bucketMRP ，不明白它的用法及区别，请各位高手指教。多谢！！

the MRP Module is a bucketless MRP system. In other words, it plans requirements from every single demand. It does not compile requirements for a period of time.
However, it does help at times to look at your demand as a summary over a period of time. 揑 want to see how many widgets I need for the next month.?
To provide the maximum flexibility, you can define these buckets of time through the Bucket Maintenance screen.
Bucket
This is an integer value (though it is stored as a character value).  It represents the number of days in the bucket.
Example: You have three buckets set up as follow: 0007, 0014, and 0021.  That creates three buckets of time. The first bucket will should quantities from the beginning of time to the next 7 days.  The next bucket will be from 8 to 14 days. And the last bucket will be from 14- 21 days.:02526o22" />2" />

简单的说BucketMRP就是根据设置（一般叫做Days Supply）将Demand合并。如果设置为7天，就是从第一个Demand的开始，合并以后7天的Demand，计算出一个Supply来Net off。如果设置为0，就是不合并Demand（即使Demand在同一天也不合并），一个Demand产生一个Supply来Net Off。那就是Bucketless MRP了。

一般来说，BucketMRP适合转配、流程行业，BucketLessMRP适合项目型行业。如按订单生产的业务流程，用BucketLess就比较好，如果是根据预测，按库存生产的模式，用Bucket好些。当然不是绝对的，还应该考虑制造流程，看切块产品线是否方便（change over time)。
