Oracle Global HRMS
Responsibilities
Primary role of this position is the analysis of current business processes and situations; make recommendations for business process improvements; configuration, setup, and support of the Global Oracle HRMS modules of the Oracle Applications. The scope of these responsibilities includes HR acquisition implementations, new features and enhancement implementations, upgrades to the applications, and general support to the business process owners and technical staffs.

Other responsibilities’ include:
• Provide Oracle applications configuration, setup, and support expertise in the area of Global Oracle HRMS
• Work with business users to analyze and re-engineer complex business processes
• Perform detail-level analysis business challenges and map to Oracle Applications functionality to aid in problem solving and implement HR solutions
• Assist with project planning and system implementation
• Responsible for providing on-going support to Oracle HRMS
• Responsible for break-fix support of Oracle HRMS  
• Activities will involve working with Oracle Support to resolve application related issues troubleshooting and resolving issues with application extensions
• Implement process improvements to existing Oracle Application processes by introducing automation to eliminate manual or repetitive process steps
• Work with functional HR teams on detail-level analysis of Oracle Applications functionality; aiding in problem-solving of Oracle Applications seeded functionality and application extensions for Core HR and Self Service HR
Qualifications
• A minimum five years hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS module (Oracle Applications release 11.5.10). This experience should be detail-level and include module configuration and setup relative to multiple Business Groups.
• Three or more years of relevant HRMS system experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Workflow as used by Self Service HR
Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
