Position Title:          Systems Analyst – Global Procurement Systems
SAP MM+QM consultant,偏向MM prefer了解QM,3-5年英文口语流利
SAP HR模块,3--5年 经验,英文口语流利
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Skills:
1.      Provide spirited, positive leadership of systems projects.  Challenge obsolete practices; question accepted truths.  Develop practical systems scope that enhances the business function.  Control the project scope, resources, and quality within budget and schedule to meet objectives.
2.      Provide analysis, counsel, and direction to management and personnel of operating units to analyze problems and develop solutions, as well as assure efficient operation of existing systems and programs.  Maintain an understanding of business processes and the implications of computer systems on these processes.
3.      Assist or solely direct, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate the efforts of IT user and vendor personnel assigned to a specific systems project.
4.      Provide inputs for project review meetings and management presentations, including general design review, project scheduling, test plan, system and program tactics and methods, system controls, procedures, documentation, and system implementation plan.
5.      Prepare and publish systems project status reports.  Comply with Systems Development standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.
6.      Develop detail system and program specifications.  Develop system documentation and user procedures.  Write computer programs.  Prepare test data.  Coordinate/perform system and program testing.  Coordinate/perform system and program implementation and modification.  Research systems and programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance; then define, test, and implement detailed solutions.
7.      Participate in educational programs and professional societies involving analysis, leadership skills, computing technology, and systems me
8.   Conduct educational programs involving company personnel relating to computing technology and specific projects.
9.      Perform other related duties as assigned.

û  Challenge questionable business process changes to team management when experience raises questions/doubts.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisor Relationships:
1.      Reports to Manager – IT, FICO/GP/BI
2.      When working on systems projects, direction and technical guidance are given to higher, equal, and lower level classifications within systems and user organizations.
Organization Relationships:
1.      Frequent contact with management personnel in business groups for whom systems are being implemented.
2.      Frequent contact with all levels of personnel in departments for whom systems have been installed.
3.      Frequent contact with other Corporate Information Technology departments.
External Business Relationships:
1.      Frequent contact with vendors of computing hardware and software.
2.      Contact with other companies to research and evaluate computing technologies in use for Kohler Co. potential application.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1.     Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or related field required.  Under some circumstances Associate Degree in Information Technology and minimum 4 years experience will be accepted.
2.      3 – 5 years systems experience.
3. The ability to read, write, and speak English is a must.
