cognos以db2为数据源启动服务报错

数据库连接测试通过，但就是cognos服务起不来。而且我用sql server 2005和Oracle数据库做数据源的时候服务都可以正常启动。请问各位仁兄这是怎么回事呢？

0103是个大错误，，，看看ODBC配置有没有配置正确
还有就是研究下防火墙，看看有没有关掉
数据库有问题，cognos对db2的数据库要求比较苛刻，最好检查你的表空间和缓冲池设置的大小是否达到cognos的最低标准，达不到也是起不来的。
