This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms
The following 2 java classes are invalid after an Oracle Applications 11.5.10 upgrade:
/e6bc455_DocumentGenerator
/ae799f28_DirectDepositConcurr

Cause
These are invalid because CP classes are not loaded into the database,
and concurrent programs that reference them should not be loaded either.

Fix
Drop the invalid java objects:
/e6bc455_DocumentGenerator, and
/ae799f28_DirectDepositConcurr

最开始安装了一个全新的系统，没有问题，然后就是打了一堆的patch，然后就这样了。具体的patch　list也比较多，我也记不得哪些打了，哪些没有打。

已经将所有的信息提供給oracle ，看看oracle有没有什么方法解决吧。

PURPOSE
-------
This purpose of this document is to advise Applications DBAs how to configure debugging
for the Apps 11i Middle Tier Apache processes and collect diagnostic information appropriately
for troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT NOTES
---------------
- Capturing debug information can impact system performance.
- Backup your current system configuration files before commencing with this procedure.
- Autoconfig customers are recommended to install the latest AutoConfig templates patch.  See Note 165195.1  
"Using AutoConfig to Manage System Configurations with Oracle Applications 11i" for the latest patch.

How To Collect Apache and Jserv Debugging Information For Applications 11i
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
If a user experiences an error, request a screen shot of the error and any further error
details that they can report.
If the error is reproducible, enable the following middle tier debug settings following
these steps:

1. Shut down iAS 10222 (Apache) using the adapcctl.sh (or adstpall.sh) script

2. Backup the existing files in the following files:
   $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs
   $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs
   $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs/jvm
After making a copy of these files, please archive these files into a separate directory,
or remove them completely if not needed.   This enables new log files to be created when
the applications server is restarted and will help you to focus on the current problem.

NOTE :  In the following section AutoConfig users should modify the <CONTEXT>.xml file as noted
below then run AutoConfig to recreate the configuration files.  If you are not using AutoConfig
you can manually update the configuration file directly
3. Enable debug logging for Apache
AutoConfig variable
s_apache_loglevel   Change to "debug"    Default value is "warn"
Manual update
Modify $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf
  LogLevel debug

4. Enable debug logging for mod_jserv
AutoConfig variable
s_apjservloglevel   Change to "debug"    Default value is "warn"
Manual update
Modify $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.conf
  ApJServLogLevel debug

5. Enable debug logging for Jserv
AutoConfig variable
s_oacorelog   Change to "true"    Default value is "false"
Manual update
Modify $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/jserv.properties
  log=true
  log.channel=true
  log.channel.info=true
  log.channel.debug=true

6. Enable debug logging for Forms Listener Servlet JVM (Optional)
This step is only relevant if you have implemented Forms Listener Servlet as
described in Note 201340.1 "Using Forms Listener Servlet with Oracle Applications 11i"
and the reported problem is to do with the Core Forms
AutoConfig variable
s_oaformslog   Change to "true"    Default value is "false"
Manual update
Modify $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc/forms.properties
  log=true
  log.channel=true
  log.channel.info=true
  log.channel.debug=true

7. AutoConfig users should now run AutoConfig to update the configuration files

8. Restart iAS 10222 for these changes to take effect using the adapcctl.sh (or adstrtal.sh) script

9. Replicate the problem

10. Review the log files for errors and warning messages relevant to the reported issue
The following files from the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs directory
a) access_log.<ID Number>
by default rotatelogs is enabled, so there is a separate log file for every 24 hours.   
b) access_log_pls.<ID Number>
PLSQL requests.  By default rotatelogs is enabled, so there is a separate log file for every 24 hours.   
c) error_log
d) error_log_pls
The following files from the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs directory
d) mod_jserv.log
e) jserv.log
f) All files from the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/logs/jvm directory
These will have filenames of the form <JVM GroupName>.<JVM Instance>.stdout|stderr
For example OACoreGroup.0.stderr
g) $COMMON_TOP/rgf/<Instance>_<Hostname>/javacache.log
NOTE - if you have configured a Shared Application Tier File System as described in
Note 233428.1 "Sharing the Application Tier File System in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i" then these
log files will be located in directories below the $COMMON_TOP/conf/<Instance>_<Hostname> directory

Reporting your issue to Oracle Support
--------------------------------------
If you are obtaining this information for a Service Request logged with Oracle Support, please upload all of
the log files from step (8) above and also provide the following information:
a) Configuration Files
All files located in the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf directory
All files located in the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Jserv/etc directory
$IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/bin/java.sh
The following files from the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/modplsql/cfg directory
    plsql.cfg
    wdbsvr.app
$FND_TOP/secure/<SID>_<Hostname>/<SID>.dbc
NOTE - if you have configured a Shared Application Tier File System as described in
Note 233428.1 "Sharing the Application Tier File System in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i" then the
configuration files will be located in directories below the
$COMMON_TOP/conf/<Instance_<Hostname> directory
b) iAS version information
  The version of iAS can be obtained by running the following command
   $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/bin/httpd -v
See Note 254618.1 "Oracle HTTP Server Patches Certified to be used with E-Business Suite 11i" for the
current list of iAS rollup patches
c) Java Version
With the latest versions of AutoConfig for Unix platforms, the jserv.properties file "wrapper.bin="
entry will point to a java.sh script (normally $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/bin/java.sh), which was
implemented in order to allow the capture of the stdout and stderr output. Refer to this java.sh file
to find the explicit path to the java binary, which is referred to as JSERVJAVA in the script.
On Windows platform the "wrapper.bin=" will point directly to the java.exe binary.
Run the following command to identify the version of Java being used :-
   <explicit path to java binary>/java -version
You may be able to use the following script on Unix platforms to automate the above step
sh -c "`awk -F= '$1 ~ /^JSERVJAVA.*$/ {print $2}' $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/bin/java.sh` -version;"

最新进展是，我将　自助个人主页模式　设置为：个人主页　就会报错，设置为　仅限于结构　就不会报错。

和DBA沟通，确定这是Oracle 的一个bug。看来只能暂时修改为仅限于结构。

最终的方法还在找寻中。　

注：自助个人主页模式　的英文为：　Self Service Personal Home Page mode

这是关于该profile的一些资料：
Profile里定义：Self Service Personal Home Page mode
同时打开多个职责的Form，如果选择仅限于结构，会以网页方式打开功能，然后如
果先后打开多个职责则后打开的职责会替换掉新的职责，保证仅有三个窗口存在。
如果选择：个人主页，则可以同时打开多个职责。没发现：具有结构的个人主
页　与“仅限于结构”有太大的区别，只是在一登录系统时感觉上像是“个人主页
”方式。

g files will be generated under $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/modplsql/log directory.

1. Pleae be aware that you can use 'Framework only' mode temporarily until this problem is resolved.This is a recommendation in Note 368628.1
2. I am waiting for the rest of the files asked in previous action plan.
3.Trace files uploaded do not contain any useful stack trace, probably these were not correctly writt
en/obtained. so I suggest to obtain all the traces in the following manner:
- stop all apps services except DB, DB Listener and Apache in order to minimize the
volume of trace files.
- Download and review the script, bde_system_event_10046.sql, from Note 179848.1.
- take a look at 'user_dump_dest' localtion on DB node where all user DB trace files are generated and notice the latest timestamp o
f the most recent trace file.
- Run the script as apps user and press enter when prompted:
SQL> bde_system_event_10046.sql
- Look
- Leave the sqlplus session open and reproduce the issue quickly by logging in in a browser in Chinese la
nguage
- Return to SQL*Plus and press enter to cancel tracing new sessions
- Go to 'user_dump_dest' directory on the DB node and make a zip file with all trac
es generated between enabling the trace with bde_system_event_10046.sql and the
current moment.
- upload this file on metalink
4. Also obtain the following statement level trace in the following manner

Please do the following

- set the following profile options at user level (for user you will use to re
produce the issue)

FND: Debug Log Enabled Y
FND: Debug Log Module %
FND: Debug Log Level STATEMENT
FND: Debug Log Filename /tmp/oracleaol.log
FND : Diagnostics Y

Restart Apache.
Reproduce the issue.
Uplaod file /tmp/oracleaol.log which is generated on the middle tier.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
GoalIs the value 'Personal Home Page' for the system profile option "Self Service Personal Home Page Mode" supported in Oracle 11i Applications?

SolutionFYI: In 11.5.10, the 'Personal Home Page' mode is not supported.

Oracle is in the process of deprecating MOD_PLSQL completely for Oracle Applications in favor of open standards. All references to the 'Personal Home Page' mode has been removed from 11.5.10 documentation.
In a round-about way, this is touched upon in Note 259484.1 (Release 11.5.10 Maintenance Pack Installation Instructions).
The list of patches includes:
- Patchset 3262159 (Patch 11i.FND.H)
- Click on "README" link
- Note 258325.1  is located under "Instructions" of the "README for 3262159."
In this note, you will see:
- New and Changed Features
- New Oracle E-Business Suite Login and Home Pages
- The new Oracle E-Business Suite Home page is based on the Oracle Applications Framework architecture. The new Login page allows users to select a language from the installed languages at your site. By default, the Oracle E-Business Suite users will see the new E=Business Suite Home page upon logging in.

If you are using an older release of 11i (11.5.1 - 11.5.8), and you encounter any issues with the mod_plsql based UI ('Self Service Personal Home Page Mode' = 'Personal Home Page' ), please move up to 11.5.9 or higher.
Anyone using the 'Personal Home Page' mode, and are experiencing issues with any of the Self Service pages, should set the 'Self Service Personal Home Page Mode' to 'Framework Only' and retest.
If you encounter any issues with the 'Framework Only' home page, please rebaseline your instance according to note: 363827.1 "Rebaselined Oracle Applications Technology Components for Releases 11.5.7, 11.5.8, 11.5.9, and 11.5.10". If the issue reproduces, please report the problem via a Service Request"
If the issue does not occur with the 'Framework Only' mode then you should stop using the 'Personal Home Page' mode as we are phasing out mod_plsql based UI and it will not be present in future releases. No maintenance is being performed (i.e. bug fixes) to the mod_plsql based UI technology.
