Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge , skill,and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Experience
Further education and several years experience with Microsoft server products (MS Server,Active Directory,MS Exchange) and MS Office products (MS Word, MS Excel,MS Power Point).
Demonstrated experience with integrated ERP package software, preferably Multiable.
Strong experience with reporting tools(e.g.Crystal Reports)
Language Ability
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Communications / interpersonal contacts
Work and communicate with a wide range of people-peers,staff,vendors,members of the management team and others.
Consistently demonstrate professional, positive,and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion.Demonstrate sensitivity in handing confidential information.
Formulate and clearly communicate ideas to others.
Complexity / Problem solving
Analyze situations,evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within standards(where applicable).
Interpret guidelines and analyze factual information to adapt or modify processes in response to changing circumstances.
Duties may require non-routine analysis, research and follow-through.
May act as a resource to others to solve problems.
