Oracle EBS Project Manager职位关键要求:5年以上经验，有TL.STL.PM三个级别，英文口语至少工作交流
                    职位基本上不需要出差（偶尔会去国外出差），一定要熟悉R12I

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing theoffshore delivery of Oracle EBS implementation and Upgrade project.

2. Responsible for building thetechnical competency in Oracle EBS development area.

3. Responsible for goal settingand performance review for subordinates.

4. Managing client relationship

5. Provide support to salesprocess, for example proposal preparation, estimation, presentation and etc.

Requirements:

1. At least 6 years aboveexperience in Oracle ERP implementation, especially on offshore developmentteam management

2. Familiar with Oracle EBSarchitecture and customization development process.

3. Experienced on Oracle EBSR12 implementation or upgrade.

4. Familiar with Oracle EBSarchitecture

5. Experience on Oracle SOA isa plus.

6. Excellent Englishcommunication skills, the onsite experience in NA or EMEA is a plus.

7. Excellent organizational andtime management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.

8. Base in Shanghai, and canaccept overseas travel.
