先介绍一下公司背景：
全外资的跨国公司，在美国研发，新加坡生产，全世界销售。
目前在中国有三个销售代表处，共160人左右。
由于近3年的销售额是以30%的速度增长，该公司决定将中国区域独立出来，总部放在上海。
该公司的产品是质谱仪，比较高端的，他家是质谱仪的发明者，目前也是在行业内算是领头羊。

此职位是属于IT部，直接汇报给新加坡的IT Director，不归为China GM管理。以后独立出来，也是直接汇报给Global IT的。

此职位的要求：
1.出自于甲方公司，或者有甲方公司工作经验（不少于2年）；
2.懂Oracle ERP 制造模块；
3.至少从事Oracle ERP 2 年；
4.英文交流无障碍；
5.懂Finance,R12加分。

薪资方面，12-15K*13薪（保证有），另有6-8%的年终奖金。

REPORTS TO: IT Director, APAC & Japan

LOCATION: Shanghai

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position requires a strong Oracle Business Analyst with strong foundation in Oracle functional knowledge in Manufacturing related modules, including purchasing, planning, shipping, receiving, work-order management etc, with an understanding of interfaces to finance modules. He/She will need to work with global support team to ensure effective support for Oracle solutions in China/APAC. He/She will be providing consultancy to business so as to improve usage of existing solutions for China/APAC users, and work with global application support teams to enhance the solutions following effective change management processes. As part of Global application team, he/she will also participate in deploying global projects and ensuring their successful execution in the region.

Responsibilities:

•        Ensure effective support for Oracle solutions in China/APAC
•        Provide consultancy to business to improve usage of existing solutions
•        Works in partnership with business to understand and document their business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities
•        Provide short-term, mid-term, and long-term solutions to business issues
•        Identify improvements to be made to existing solutions and processes
•        Work with global application team to get the necessary support or solutions in place for the business
•        Deploy global application projects into the region
•        Document clear requirements, review design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions prior to release to users for further user testing
•        Maintain appropriate documentation to facilitate easier support by global application team
•        Ensure proper application management practices are in place
•        Provide regular status reports and management reporting
•        Provides customer service to the assigned business groups and ensures escalated operational needs are met.
•        Hands-on troubleshooting and support is required
•        Occasional traveling may be required

Qualifications:

•        Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oracle Manufacturing related modules and able to do hands-on support, preferably with experience in R12
•        Experience in Oracle Distributions and Financial modules would be a plus
•        Must have experience in an MNC environment, and willing to work under governance and control from regional/global team
•        Must have good understanding of Project Management Concepts and Lifecycle for software/application/change deployments
•        Understands industry best practices in ERP usage and able to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges
•        Demonstrated good understanding of business processes
•        Able to perform effective prioritization with limited resources and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality.   
•        Demonstrated Problem management Root Cause Analysis skills
•        Demonstrated ability to document clear business requirements and solutions needed to meet the requirements
•        Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with business users
•        Demonstrate ability of improving procedures and standards ensuring quality and delivery of service to customers.
•        Strong communicator with ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, managers and customers
•        Demonstrated leadership and competency in managing outsourced support vendors
•        Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner
•        Experience supporting users in a manufacturing environment is a must
•        Experience supporting users in region is a plus
•        ITIL certification or training is a plus.
•        Mandarin speaking is a must
•        Preferable with experience working in MNC environment and demonstrated ability to work as part of a global IT team as well as understanding how to work under central application governance
