SAP Change Management

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
·
Execute upon strategy and approach as defined by APAC Lead
·
Manage company and Contractor Site Change Management resources
·
Act as liaison between the Site teams and Core
·
Provide Change Management, Organizational Design and Training SME expertise to Regional SAP CoE and Site Teams
·
Manage deployment budget and timeline
·
Serve as a member of APAC Leadership Team as well as the SC CM/T team
·
Provide all associate background, training and direction, according to the APAC direction and liaise with Security to ensure Training and APAC positions/roles are in sync
·
Execute APAC training strategy, approach and curriculum in APAC. Primary training responsibilities include the delivery of training; securing training resources, articulation of site training approach, facilitation of training material review, delivery of train-the-trainer and end user training
·
To lead Change Management/Communication activities for APAC and leverage Change Management deliverables and champion the use of consistent Change Management processes and tools throughout APAC.
·

Educational Qualification & Experience Required
·
Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Training, Communications or Organizational Change Management
·
Previous SAP experience in delivering of Change Management/Training for IS software projects
·
Minimum 8 years (or equivalent) of experience in managing large or complex teams in a matrix environment with direct accountability for budgets and deadlines of unit and advises others on managing HR processes, coaching and developing employees |
