是要精通SAP R3里面的所有模块，如MM,SD,FO,CI,PP等，而且还要会IT维护方面的工作，英语可以直接对鬼佬的，薪水在15K/M以内.
A famous European company in Shenzhen is looking for some suitable staffs, the general JD as following:
IT - Technical Support
Responsibility
1.
Be responsible for maintaining and managing all of the office PC
2.
Be responsible for the hardware and software technical support, including maintenance of printers and other peripherals maintenance
3.
Management of the network including routers, switches and firewall settings, protect the normal operation of the corporate network
4.
Develop software (such as contract inquiry systems, office supplies inventory system, etc) according to the needs of work
5.
Be responsible for installation, maintenance and backup of various servers
6.
Be responsible for the IT training for the company staffs and procurement of IT products
7.
Maintain good liaison with the IT departments of Italy headquarters and follow up the specific requirements of IT at any time and put in place
Requirement
1.
Must have degree
in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
2.
Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in IT Technical Support
3.
Provide end-user support on both hardware & software, computer services for all corporate users
4.
Provide installation and problem solving for computer related tasks such as network, systems, printers, software and hardware
5.
Basic domain user administration, SAP R/3, including MM/SD/FI/CO modules, SAP Query Management and SAP User Account Management and conduct SAP related Training
6.
Experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting in Windows/XP/Vista/Window Server 2
7.
Basic knowledge in Business Object
8.
Good command of English speaking, listening and writing
