SAP Business One allows the user to set up automatic currency conversions within the journal entry upon exiting the field, i.e. amounts in the debit/credit columns can be automatically converted from local currency (LC) into system currency (SC) & from foreign currency (FC) to LC & then to SC according to the exchange rate defined for the posting date. If these options are not chosen, automatic conversion will not take place.
