How can a delivery be created from Pick and Pack Manager when the Sales Order contains a Sales BoM (2005 A SP01)?
To create a delivery, while keeping the 'Sales BoM' structure from the Sales Order, in the 'Pick and Pack' process, follow the steps below:

Follow the Pick and Pack process as normal until the Sales Order appears on the 'Picked' tab of the 'Pick and Pack Manager'.
From the 'Picked' tab, open the base 'Sales Order'.
In the 'Sales Order', select the 'Copy To' button and then select 'Delivery'.

Add the delivery as normal.

Once the delivery has been added, the sales order disappears from the 'Pick and Pack Manager' because a delivery is based on it.
