Job Title: Test Lead---

Work Location: SH

Key Responsibilities:

u
Build a large-scale BI (report and dashboard) solution based on SAP BW and BOBJ products with a strict requirement in reliability, response time and number of concurrent users.

u
Design effective test cases for server testing (e.g. load/stress testing) and usability/functionality testing, and execute test in an efficient manner.

u
Configure and manage the test infrastructure in a complex deployment environment (e.g. firewall, SSL, reverse proxy, etc) on SAP BW and Windows environments.

Key Requirements:

u
4+ years of project and software testing experience with strong knowledge in testing methodologies, test strategies, test design and test execution.

u
4+ years of project experience on a BI solution for Finance/Telecom sector with hand-on testing experience on server side such as load/stress testing, performance tuning, etc.

u
2+ years of project experience in SAP BW and SAP technologies including Life-cycle management, Globalization, Accessibility, Supportability, etc.

u
2+ years of development experience on a Windows-based application (with GUI).

u
2+ years of project experience with agile and lean methodology (e.g. scrum, XP)

u
2+ years of hand-on experience in BusinessObjects products (e.g. Enterprise, Crystal Reports, Xcelsius).

u
Development experience with Adobe Flex is a plus.

u
Development experience with Borland SilkTest is a plus.

Other Skills and Requirements:

u
Strong debugging and problem solving skills.

u
Good verbal/written English communication skill.

u
Ability to learn quickly while applying knowledge effectively.

u
Willing to work with remote team in different time zone.

u
Detail-oriented and well organized.

Good team player
