Looking for JDE Financial Module Consultant

I'm helping my friend to find a new contract who can lead and was senior JD Edwards EntERPriseOne finance consultant to join a project in Beijing China. The company is rolling out JD Edwards EntERPriseOne from the USA to China and needs a senior consultant with significant experience in Chinese localisations to lead the finance configuration and implementation in Beijing.

He will need configuration and implementation of the core JD Edwards E1 9.0 finance modules- GL, AR, AP, FA , multicurrency, flex accounting, job costing.
He will expertise in Chinese JD Edwards localisation requirements, and have significant experience with rolling out JDE E1 software to China- based on a foreign/ US model.
He will need to speak fluent- Chinese- Mandarin and English language- to business level both written and spoken.
