EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree
- Demonstrated ability in project management and delivery
- Demonstrates ongoing drive to continuously expand one's own professional capabilities to fuel the continued/ongoing growth and success of SAP
- Good problem solving ability
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Customer-oriented
- Can work under pressure

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Accountable for actively pursuing opportunities to develop net worth to support the achievement of billable day targets
- Accountable for managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality and cost constraints
- Provide assistance to the CEM during the opportunity creation phase
- Provide management support to internal and external rollout projects relating to service initiatives, product/technology releases, methodology rollout and cross industry solution delivery
- Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, Partners and SAP Consulting
- Collect and record project knowledge and experience and seek to actively impart this to other members of the professional services team
- Promote the audit of proposal and SOW documents to ensure the deliverables are achievable and that all risks are addressed
- Manage investment projects relating to business development initiatives in conjunction with other departments
- Deliver project and risk review services
- Ensure SAP offers the greatest value and satisfaction to our clients by leveraging the capabilities of our organisation and delivering professional services in a consistent manner.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer projects and the services pipeline in order to assess the current and future business environment and initiate personal development
- Support SAP business development activities with the intent of minimising and managing SAP's exposure to risk

WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least five years project implementation and management experience with a well-known multinational company
- Solid project management experience for at least full cycle 1- 2 SAP big projects of with more than 6 months
- Extensive SAP product knowledge is required
