SymptomsOn 11.5.10.2:
When attempting to submit the Order Management Interface - SRS program for the
Stop Id: 785386 on the sales order: 117169, the following error occurs in the log file:
InterfaceTripStop: processing stop_id 785386 for OM DSNO
no. of OE messages :1
Error msg: Validation failed for the field - Salesperson
Failed to interface Batch 75045 to Order Management because API interface_head
er_to_OM failed
InterfaceTripStop: total stops processed: 1
Stops processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status NORMAL: 0
Stops processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status WARNING: 1
Stops interfaced for ORDER MANAGEMENT: 0
In the WSHOMIS debug log file see:
no. of OE messages :1
Calling program unit OE_MSG_PUB.GET
Validation failed for the field - Salesperson
Error msg: Validation failed for the field - Salesperson
ERROR
Rollback to savepoint its_process_order_non_bulk
The issue can be reproduced for this order with the following steps:
1. Log into the Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Shipping->Interfaces->Run.
3. Select the Order Management Interface - SRS program and submit
it for the Stop Id 785386.
CauseThe underlying salesperson was "expired" based on Date Active in the Resource form.
Solution-- To implement the solution, please execute the following steps::
1. Go into the responsibility: Order management Super User
2. Navigate to Navigate Setup > Sales > Salesperson
Find a resource number
Press Resource Details
See Resource form > Select Receivables Tab
See Date Active to/from
3. Change Date Active to/from, Save
4. Submit 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS'
5. Review order |
