ADempiere3.6在windows下的安装详细教程，postgresql数据库

在坛子里逛了一上午，走了很我的弯路，换过2台电脑总算把ADempiere3.6安装好。

非常感谢深圳—小卢，没有他的细心指导，我也装不好。关建是他的贴子太乱了。让好多的细节没有注意到。看到坛子里还有好多和我一样没有安装成功的兄弟，所在这里把我装的东工再整合一下。算是对上午的为所有个交代。
