Major Responsibilities |

Monitor System growth for capacity planning |
|
Monitor and maintain SAP Basis systems to ensure high availability of designated systems |
|
Support the development of Service Level Agreements with clients. |
|
Deliver specified levels of service (first&Second level support) |
|
Use the relevant IT processes as defined within QMP |
|
Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques |
|
Provide operational support on a daily basis, eg space monitoring |
|
Use SAP tools to perform Administration tasks e.g. User Maintenance |
|
Identify and resolve problems through use of technical tools and application of skills and experience |
|
Deliver training (operating) courses as required |
|
Advanced SAP Basis Knowledge |
Advanced Oracle Experience |
Basic UNIX Knowledge |
Analytical mind, problem solver |
Good interpersonal skills |
Proficient English, German would be an advantage |
