需要吧上一步操作的T.SHIPMENT_HEADER_ID
          ,T.SHIPMENT_LINE_ID
          ,T.ROUTING_HEADER_ID
          ,T.TRANSACTION_ID 插入到RCV_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE这个表的相关字段，其他才作和第一步你写的代码一样
