有遇到这种情况的吗？Metalink上说
When attempting to open the Transaction form, the following error is raised:

FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
Cause：Data corruption in JTF_RS_SALESREPS table
Fix：
1. Run the following script to determine if there is a row with null org_id
select rs.salesrep_id
from jtf.jtf_rs_salesreps rs
where rs.salesrep_id = -3
and org_id is null;
if the above returns a row, your options are:
1. delete row with null org_id
delete from jtf_rs_salesreps
where org_id is null ;
2. if you know what org_id is missing a record in this table, you can update the null org_id value:
update jtf_rs_salesreps
set org_id = &org_id
where org_id is null;
我试了也不管用，求高手

问题解决了，只要在系统管理员下，运行：复制系统初始的数据，就能解决此问题
